Vineviewer can search all the names posted on twitter.
Positive:Search actually works
Cons:loads too many videos on one screen, can't search user name only twitter handle
Overall:Its the best vine viewer so dont waste your time downloading those apps on google play
Also I found another one
Viewvineonline lets you search twitter handles then posts the vine links that user posted online
Positive:All vine links of a user posted on twitter in one place
Con:cant search vine user name
These vineviewers only work in firefox and safari. Haven't tested it on internet explorer but it definitely doesnt work in google chrome.
